b. In the Control Panel, clickPerformance and Maintenance, and click the System icon.

d. The proper noun of your reckoner will be listed as the Full reckoner proper name.

Just leave it blank. I would retrieve that it is asking for a public domain or web site, like microsoft.com or ford.com or ibm.com, if y'all own such a site you could put that downwards. You tin can have a private domain for your company server and network, for case, yourcompanyname.com. If it's a individual network you wouldn't usually give that out to just anyone, but the ones who work for y'all or the ones that y'all rent to work on your computers and network would demand to know this, no one else needs to know your private network (or workgroup) name.
